The MCPSD10BC1AS is a 10-inch dual-layer PES (Polyethersulfone) membrane filter cartridge, specially designed for critical liquid filtration in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food & beverage industries. With its 0.45 µm prefilter layer and 0.22 µm final filter layer, it ensures exceptional particle retention and microbial reduction in a single cartridge.

Featuring a 1–1.2″ tri-clamp sanitary connection, the cartridge allows for easy installation, secure sealing, and compatibility with standard stainless steel housings. The PES membrane provides excellent flow rate, low protein binding, and superior thermal and chemical resistance, making it ideal for sterile and high-purity applications.
